To engage in the business of low voltage specialty systems installation and sales and monitoring services in any and all forms and aspects.
The corporation is authorized to acquire, operate, and lease facilities for the conduct of its business within Idaho and beyond, and to carry on any lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated under Idaho law.
Initial directors named at incorporation were Mike McKague and Corrine E. McKague. Today, ALARMCO continues as a privately held Idaho corporation serving commercial and specialty security clients from the Boise area.
